There isn’t anywhere else I’d rather be on Canada Day than Ottawa Centre!
It’s so great to be able to live in and represent a place where Canadians from around the country (and tourists from around the world) come to celebrate our nation.
Here are some of the events that are happening around the riding on Canada Day weekend:
Welcoming Ottawa Week (June 18th- 30th)
An annual, week-long series of dialogues, cultural and celebratory events, sports activities, documentary screenings, and other events designed to convey genuine welcome and hospitality to newcomers.
Nature Nocturne: #Canada151 @ Canadian Museum of Nature (June 29th)
Meet artists throughout the galleries. Discover four floors of world-class museum exhibitions. Thought-provoking, interactive, immersive, social—an exciting and different kind of museum experience!
